On the occupation of a premise the rent will be agreed and set out in the tenancy/lease agreement. Rent reviews usually occur every three to five years (depending upon the terms within the lease agreement) at which point in time the landlord may propose an increase in the rent to reflect market changes.

We are able to act for either the landlord or the tenant in their negotiations.
