Introduction

We are local, independent Chartered Surveyors and Home Inspectors dedicated to giving all our clients, from individual house owners to large Plc’s, the best possible service.

As a practice we have over 50 years combined market experience. Whilst our name may have changed over the years with the retirement and entrance of new partners our commitment has remained the same “to ensure client satisfaction and a consistently high quality of work”. We’re proud that this is reflected in the quality of our client list and the number of longstanding clients.

Furthermore, the number and diversity of our clients means we have a wealth of experience in many fields of the surveying business and are therefore able to offer much more than just valuations and surveys.

Unlike a number of firms, we truly are independent, and all our work is partner led and partner executed. We work closely with our clients, after all each is unique, with their own set of needs, priorities and expectations.
